Anxiety & stress can be a big issue that can have a negative impact on our lives.  Thoughts and feelings are powerful forces when it comes to managing anxiety and our day to day stress.  In this FREE 5 session workshop we will be covering what exactly anxiety is, understanding the causes of it, and effective ways of approaching our thoughts & feelings through a cognitive behavioral lens. Each session will build upon the last – attendance at each session is highly encouraged. Our goals are to increase our understanding of anxiety and learn positive coping strategies to decrease strain.
