Unlike regular walking, Nordic Pole Walking increases your workout intensity without placing additional stress on your joints.
Benefits of Nordic Pole Walking
No previous experience is required. Our staff will teach you how to use the poles safely and effectively.
Don’t want to use the poles? That’s perfectly fine—you are welcome to walk with the group without them.
Nordic walking poles are provided at no cost.
Take your walk to the next level with Nordic Pole Walking—a full-body workout that burns more calories than regular walking while reducing stress on your knees and hips. No experience is necessary, and walking poles are provided. Prefer not to use poles? You’re welcome to join us for a regular walk.
