This is a Level 1 group for individuals experiencing stress and symptoms of anxiety. We learn to identify triggers that are external and internal, focus on positive and negative belief systems of anxiety, and processing unhelpful beliefs about situations. Our last session brings everything together and members complete a self management plan. Members will also be provided with various strategies to target the topics addressed.
