Mom and baby

As part of the ongoing Maternal Child Program we have services available for Mothers, Mothers-to-be, Fathers, babies, toddlers and young children. We have you covered from the Family Doctors or Nurse Practitioners to Registered Nurses, Registered Dietitians, Pharmacist, and Mental Health Counsellors.

We have multiple educational materials, preventive health programs, group programs, and individual sessions. Please see our group programs such as Post-Partum Depression & Me, Feeding a Healthy Baby Workshop, and Fight the Fright – Anxiety workshop for kids 7-12 years old. Keep scrolling. All of these things are also available individually of course.

We also try to collaborate with other near by programs that provide service to mothers and children to bring you even better more inventive content. the first of these is the EarlyOn centres of Peel in Malton and Brampton.

Here at the Woodbine Family Health Team we provide a wide range of preventive care options. The Woodbine Family Health Team is a Primary Care Office. A very large part of primary care focuses on preventative health care. Preventing disease and illness before it happens through annual physicals, cancer screening, and immunizations, etc.

Make your appointment today and speak to your Healthcare Practitioner about what preventative health care is right for you.
