Join the dietitian for a 2 session virtual workshop around healthy living through this difficult time. We will be discussing healthy eating healthy eating and lifestyle to support a healthy immune system, myths and facts around immune boosting supplements. As well as tips around food safety, emergency food grocery shopping, cooking with non-perishable foods, shopping on a budget and neighborhood resources. Option to add session if more questions arise.
