Join our walking groups to get a better walking experience. It is a low impact physical activity that decreases your blood pressure and your blood sugar, improves mood and energy.

The group meets outside at the back of the parking lot at 135 Queens Plate Dr. and leave for the walk by 9:30AM.

Poles and snacks are provided.
