This program is for those who are interested in managing their weight in a healthy and sustainable way. This is our 8-session program led by the Dietitian to help participants achieve their healthiest self and their best weight. Focus on goal setting and making small lifestyle changes. Weekly topics understanding our body during weight gain and loss, learning from our own weight history, healthy eating principles, debunking diet trends, mindful eating and active participation is encouraged.
