DESCRIPTION:Join our walking groups to get a better walking experience. It is a low impact physical activity that decreases your blood pressure and your blood sugar, improves mood and energy.\nNORDIC POLE WALKING IS DESIGNED FOR: TOTAL BODY FITNESS\n\nBurns 30-46% more calories than regular walking!\nUses 90% of muscles for a full body workout.\nReduced  impact on knee & hip joints.\nImproves muscle tone, core muscles, posture, balance, stability, and more!\n\nThe group meets at the Woodbine FHT Clinic located at 135 Queens Plate Dr. Suite 120 in Etobicoke. Everyone starts to arrive from 9:15 and the group leaves for the walk by 9:30AM.\nPoles and snacks are provided. Don’t like the poles, no problem – just come walk with us.
