DESCRIPTION:Join our Mental Health Therapist’s for an online Mindfulness training!!\nThe purpose of  Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training (MAST) is to introduce people who are suffering from anxiety and depression to mindfulness practices that they can build upon to gradually feel more balanced and present in their lives.  MAST teaches emotion regulation skills and mindfulness practice through four 1.5-hour sessions.\nThis is a FREE non-clinical workshop that is peer-led by trained facilitators to help manage symptoms of anxiety and mild depression.\nWhen: WEDNESDAYS, September  13th, 20th, 27th, and October 4th at 1:00 – 2:00PM.\nLocation: ONLINE VIA ZOOM\n*Please note, attendance is encouraged for all program dates in order to get the most out of this training. \nIf you are interested in joining this 4-week group please email turkg@woodbinefht.ca to join.
