Join our Mental Health Therapist's for an online Mindfulness training!!

The purpose of  Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training (MAST) is to introduce people who are suffering from anxiety and depression to mindfulness practices that they can build upon to gradually feel more balanced and present in their lives.  MAST teaches emotion regulation skills and mindfulness practice through four 1.5-hour sessions.

This is a FREE non-clinical workshop that is peer-led by trained facilitators to help manage symptoms of anxiety and mild depression. 

Dates: Tuesdays, June 30th, July 7th , and July 14th , July 21st

Time: 1:00-2:00pm 


Location: ONLINE
*Please note, attendance is encouraged for all program dates in order to get the most out of this training.
If you are interested in joining this 4-week group please  email to join. The day prior to the session a link to join the group will be emailed out to you. You will need access to a computer (with or without webcam is okay), but please ensure you access the link via GOOGLE CHROME or FIREFOX or by Jitsi Meet app
