Mindful Awareness

The purpose of  Mindful Awareness Stabilization Training (MAST) is to introduce people who are suffering from anxiety and depression to mindfulness practices that they can build upon to gradually feel more balanced and present in their lives.  MAST teaches emotion regulation skills and mindfulness practice through four 1.5-hour sessions.

This is a FREE non-clinical workshop that is peer-led by trained facilitators to help manage symptoms of anxiety and mild depression.
