FREE VIRTUAL FITNESS CLASSES!! TIRED OF COVID-19 UNMOVING BOREDOM? DO YOU MISS YOUR NORMAL ACTIVE LIFESTYLE? LOOKING TO BE MORE ACTIVE? JOIN THE WOODBINE FHT FITNESS INSTRUCTOR VIRTUALLY IN THE SAFETY OF YOUR OWN HOME. 

Welcome all ages and abilities!  Increase your physical activity as part of your normal day. Exercises will include chair and standing exercises, chair yoga, cardio-respiratory training, strength training, balance exercises and of course stretches. Modifications to exercises will be provided for those who need. 

Make physical activity your medicine!! Improve your health and your mood by staying active. 

Every Thursday from 11:00 - 11:45am starting June 18th
