        LOOKING TO BECOME MORE ACTIVE?

               FREE EXERCISE CLASSES AT WOODBINE FHT

Welcome all ages and abilities!  Increase your physical activity as part of your normal day. Exercises will include chair and stand up exercises, chair yoga, cardio-respiratory training, strength training, and balance exercises.  Each class is a bit different from the last. Modifications to exercises will be provided for those who need. Water (bring a refillable bottle) and snacks provided. 

                 Make physical activity your medicine!!

     Improve your health and your mood by staying active. 

You will have an opportunity to use a body analyzer that tells you the percentage of muscle, water and fat in your body. You will then be able to see your progress and changes every 3-4 months.  

**PLEASE NOTE: There will be no Fitness class on November 28, 2018. Looking forward to seeing everyone back on Dec 5, 2018.
