My Best Weight Program

Are you sick of dieting and always trying to lose weight?

Join us in this 8 session program led by the dietitian, to help participants achieve their healthiest self and best weight. We will explore into many topics around weight management with focus on mindful eating and developing a healthy relationship with food.
