Blood Pressure & Heart Health

Our Blood Pressure Management service offers access to variety of health care providers such as Physicians, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse, dietitian, mental health counselor, and pharmacist.

You will learn how to control your blood pressure, thereby also preventing development of other cardiovascular diseases, for which high blood pressure is a significant risk factor. Learn strategies to help control your blood pressure by: lowering your salt intake, becoming more physically active, achieving a healthy body weight, learning to deal with stress. 

Who: people who are ready to manage their blood pressure and those who are newly diagnosed with high blood pressure
