Nordic Pole Walking Groups

What: Join our Nordic Pole walking groups to get a better walking experience. It is a low impact physical activity and decreases your blood pressure and your blood sugar.

Nordic Pole Walking is a great way to get a better walking experience. Exercise 90% of your muscles in a low-impact physical activity. The poles give you more stability and workout your upper body as well.

The use of Nordic poles creates less impact on hip- knee- and foot joints. You will be able to decrease your blood pressure and your blood sugar. All while increasing your energy!

Who: People who want to be more active  

Join us every Monday leaving the clinic at 9:30 - 11:30am and every Friday from 9:00 - 11:00am (except Holidays). (this includes time to meet up, get organized, warm up exercises, walking and cool down exercises). 

Snacks will be provided. 

Each new step is a step closer to a healthier you!!

What happens when it is raining, snowing, too hot or too cold to walk outside? We do not cancel, we meet at the clinic and do physical activity indoors.
