STRESS LESS 1.0 AND 2.0

STRESS LESS 1.0 AND 2.0

What: Self-management of your anxiety through group work, mindfulness based skills, as well as how to process your anxiety in a productive manner. In this setting you will learn about acceptance, increasing self-awareness, various effective coping strategies, and building new skills. Stress Less 1.0 will focus on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Stress Less 2.0 will focus on Dialectical Behavioural Therapy.
