Assertive Communication

Healthy communication can be difficult. Come and learn the necessary skills to help you communicate your thoughts and feelings in an effective way through self-assertion. Skills include establishing healthy boundaries, empathetic understanding of others, and effective communication to politely and firmly express your point of view.
