STOP Smoking Program

What: Ready to or thinking of quitting smoking or reducing your smoking? Receive help through counselling and possible medications. Receive FREE Nicotine Replacement Therapy (Patches, Lozenges, Gum, Inhaler) through our STOP Program (In collaboration with CMHA). 

Make a Quit or Reduction Plan: planning for, getting ready to reduce your cigarettes; planning for, getting ready and setting a quit date; dealing with cravings & withdrawal; strategies to deal with slips and prevent relapse.

Who:  people who are ready to reduce smoking or to quit smoking

When: on-going 1:1 support 


Do You Want to Quit Smoking – Make the First Move! Deciding to quit is a big step towards better health. But it’s not easy! Increase your chances of success. Keep motivated. Improve coping skills.

Come in for a quick drop-in session or come in to inquire about the program.

Who: Those who are trying to quit, are interested in quitting, or have recently quit.

When:  Every other Tuesday 5:30 - 6:30pm
